Booking Policy
A deposit equal to 50% is required at the time of booking and the remaining 50% will be charged to the card on file 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations may be canceled without penalty up to 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the full payment.

Slack Tide on Duval 3 Bedroom - Guests may securely store luggage in the foyer area just inside the first secured entry on Duval Street prior to check-in. We’ll text you once the apartment is ready.
Slack Tide Sunset 1 Bedroom - Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage available on property. As an alternative, guests may use Paradise Porters, a luggage pickup, delivery, and storage service conveniently located on the second floor of the Ferry Terminal at 100 Grinnell Street, Key West, FL 33040. They can be reached at (305) 293-4000.

You’ll have one reserved parking space at 420 Catherine Street in a Slack Tide–designated lot, located adjacent to the accommodation. Street parking and paid public parking lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for any additional vehicles.

Slack Tide Vacation Rentals is 100% smoke-free property. A $500 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file should smoking occur in any indoor spaces, balconies, or outdoor patios.

Family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the property will result in a property recovery fee. Please be advised that it is unlawful for a person to fraudulently misrepresent an animal as a service animal or service animal in training.
