  • Slack Tide on Duval 3 Bedroom - Guests may securely store luggage in the foyer area just inside the first secured entry on Duval Street prior to check-in. We’ll text you once the apartment is ready.

    Slack Tide Sunset 1 Bedroom - Unfortunately, we do not have luggage storage available on property. As an alternative, guests may use Paradise Porters, a luggage pickup, delivery, and storage service conveniently located on the second floor of the Ferry Terminal at 100 Grinnell Street, Key West, FL 33040. They can be reached at (305) 293-4000.

  • You’ll have one reserved parking space at 420 Catherine Street in a Slack Tide–designated lot, located adjacent to the accommodation. Street parking and paid public parking lots are available on a first-come, first-served basis for any additional vehicles.

  • Slack Tide Vacation Rentals is 100% smoke-free property. A $500 per day cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file should smoking occur in any indoor spaces, balconies, or outdoor patios.

  • Slack Tide Properties makes accommodations for service animals that perform work or tasks as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

    Family pets are not permitted.  Bringing a pet to the property will result in a property recovery fee.  Please be advised that it is unlawful for a person to fraudulently misrepresent an animal as a service animal or service animal in training.
